Today's a happy happy day for me because i receive sooooo many stuff and i recieved my long waited package from my sister.I love my sister...............ahahhahaha.....she sent me facial wash, pantyliner,socks,lesport sac makeup pouch, a lesport pouch , a lesport sac bag, lv wallet, my home clothes and shorts,soap,green tea( they don't sell those around here), pocket tissue, stockings,vcd,my music disc,my darling mark and spencer and zara shoes etc... I have being waiting to recieve it for soooooooooo long.It happen like that.I went downstairs to get the mail hoping that send a slip to me asking me to go to a nearest post office to collect it.When i went down i saw the postman and very naturally i look down because there were so many big packages....and my eyes almost pop out of my socket when i saw my name.I think i tried my very best to supress my excitment and said QUITE COOLY um that is my package.And the postman was like that's yours? yea u can take it...i said huh don't i need to sign any paper.And he reply neh u are good to go.And my apartment manager julie said wow that's a very big package you have do u need help to carry.And i said neh not at all...i went up my place after i thank the postman..But i was wondering what if someone else pretend to be me and claim that package how would i know who did it.I shudder at the thought of losing my precious package..ahahahha So i open up and ta-da all beautiful stuff...i was screaming and smiling to myself when i recieve it.It was like a beacon of light shone right out when i open the package.....14kg...boy am i proud of my sister.Wait let me do a little victory dance to celebrate this..... I know this guy name Kel so he gave me a lot of stuff too cause he's going back to singapore.He gave me like so many chocolate and dried food, instant noodles, his whole pencil box, softboard, pocket tissue,travel adapter,loads of foscape paper,post it notes,colour printer ink,printing paper, hangers( which i desperately need it). And his friend shawn gave me his fighting fish and some other things like a bit of food,container boxes etc...I didn't really want the fish initially but he said he can't bring back to singapore n if he can't find someone to adopt it he'll let it go in the river or smthing like that.So i offer and said if he really can't find anyone to take it i will..But i think it kinda grew on me after sleeping with me for a night....oh he gave me fish food and some cholrine remover solution for the fish water.Plus he put his fish in a vodka bottle which is like quite cool??? i think so...wahahhahaa. But suddenly i feel a bit lonely.I think it's because they are going back to singapore .And it makes me wanna go back.I miss my room, my friends, my family, my cat and everything.I still have a year to go.Sigh.Hopefully it will pass by soon......Shawn and Kel are enginering student so they hafta study here for two years.I can never stay here for two years.Luckily my course is only one year. I am starting class on the 23rd of july and i am doing 1)enterprise systems 2)internet protocols and services 3)network planning and deployment 4)operating systems I don't really have much idea what are they about and i can't be bothered to read up the unit outline...wahahahaha.But i assume that i'll know once class starts.I have class or lectures everyday except on thursday.So maybe i can work on that day.Gosh part of the reason why i miss singapore is because i can always anyhow splurge on food clothes or anything i want.And i can spend as much money as i want to without much reservation.But over here i hafta save can't splurge and i hafta work.Groan! What a Bummer.I miss my splurging days.But haha i have being buying quite a lot of clothes...bwahahahhaha but still it is not the same in singapore where i can buy whatever i feel like.I even ask my sister to send my bra and panties over so i don't have to buy them.Sigh anyway in short it's like save and save in here....Blah!!!! Anyway it's kinda boring over here...like there isn't much to do or see around unless you have a car.And lovely kel has being driving me around to all the fun place that one could possibly go in brisbane.He bought me to bryon bay (four hour drive back and fro)which is at new south wales ( another state).He is such a niceeeeee guy...he tolerate all my demands and always pamper me totally.If i want to go somewhere, he will always drive me there without much protest.And he will introduce me to all the fun place.Let's see if i can remember all the place he brought me....Mount Coot-tha- where you can overlook the whole of brisbane city and it has really really lovely night scene.We went there few times just to chit chat in the car and bask oursleves in the lovely scenery.I couldn't take a picture because it was too dark.But i see if i can find one that people post online Roma Street Parkland- where they have loads of pretty flowers and a man-made water fall and swans and ducks..I heard from kel that koreans( eh nudge nudge cheryl)and japanese loves to 'chop' seat there and bbq.Um yea they do have bbq pit and bench there. Fortitude Valley-this is where he stays and where chinatown is at.There are a lot of clubs there..Sorta like our Mohammad Sultan road.Thanks to his introduction, i am in love with a resturaunt call cyber city.Best of all they open till 2 am which is like SUPER DUPER rare in here.On the account that most of the shops close at 5.30 or 4 pm.The food there are nice and cheap ($5.60 to $12.00) and in extremely big portion.You can even request to pack back if you cannot finish up.In fact the asian food here serves in big portion and allows you to pack the rest home if u can't finish. Indooroopilly ,toowong and milton - to me they are all link together cause they are very near each other.I've only went there to look for house and to go to their shopping center.The library there offers my lovely majesty and hello magazine.But i went these places myself with terence DFO (direct factory outlet)-it is quite near the brisbane airport and they sell loads of discounted stuff.They have a few branded shops there like country road ( I LOVE!!! ) and ect ( i use etc cause i don't remember much ahahaha XD).it is suppose to be like a good place to shop and all but i don't really like the place.Maybe i don't quite like the fashion there or something like that.And the food there isn't that nice.Blah!!!!I had this really saltish oyster chow mein.Omgs!! The only thing that keeps me swallowing the chewing is that i dont wanna waste money ($8.00 plus for a small small miserable portion).Totally trumatised....hahahhaha HarbourTown Shopping Center- the name of it just brightens up my day.This is like the best shopping center in whole of brisbane.I love almost every single shop in there and that's where i splurge most of my money on.And they always have discounted things in there which is lovely.I LOVE IT THERE..... Gold Coast cum Surfer Paradise- um beaches and shops for tourist.It's pretty much like a tourist attraction there.There is this night market alongs the beaches of surfer paradise.I think it's there version of pasam malam.And they sell all kinds of things but a lot of them have the beach and ocean theme. Bryon Bay- we only reach there at night so we can't see much things down there.But it looks really fantastic cause we were standing on the top of the cliff and when you look down or out, you can see the whole stretch of pacific ocean.And he show me this cliff that is suppose to be the most southern point in australia.And there were loads of stars on the sky...they shine so brightly that it's a really captivating sight.It was really cold but i had his blanket on so it was't that bad.I'll never forget the sight and really mere words cannot justify how beautiful and the tranquility i felt that moment.It feels as if you are at a place that is very private and away from all the hassle of the city life.i would love to go back in the day because i heard from him that he saw a few whales from afar that time.It would be good to be able to spot them someday. The rest of the places he just drive me around and theres nothing special to see so i don't quite remember them.But yes he is very very very nice to me.In fact he and shawn was saying that i am very lucky to have explore all of brisbane at the first three weeks or so arriving here.They only explore these place like in their 2nd year first semester. I think i have being very lucky to know them.Cause without them i wouldn't be able to experience all these places and gotten so much freebies from them.All thanks to a $8.00 canon printer.I saw kel's ad on guildonline wanting to sell his printer so i respond to it.Then he send me and terence home and we sorta keep in contact after that.Den his ask me out and one thing leds to another and so on...hahahaha.I shall delicate a post to him the next time.But for now i am tired..Gotta watch tv...
